Over the past 2 weeks we have still seen Geo Energy consolidate from 0.144 to 0.155 resistance level. Today, we have seen a breakdown of the 0.144 support which has been holding almost a month on top 2 volume. Staying below would be a short term negative and we can expect some downside to 0.130 before a technical rebound. A break below 0.130 further can see more weakness so be cautious on today’s move with stronger volume. Those looking for a quick rebound can consider scaling trades in near 0.130 with stop loss below.
