From last week’s call, CNA seems to be still consolidating above the 0.025 level with range to 0.030. As long as 0.025 holds, there can still be more upside if it crosses 0.030 resistance level. May have to hold for this price action to play out with target at 0.035. Stop loss at 0.023 for long positions now. Rsi and MACD indicator still showing strength and momentum may continue after a slight consolidation phase.

As emailed on Monday, CNA has staged a breakout above the 0.025 resistance today on top 3 volume. All 3 technical indicators looking positive with more room to go as long as 0.024 – 0.025 holds as the new support now. Stop loss can be at 0.023 for any long positions. Let’s see if the 0.030 psychological resistance clears out too. Short term speculative play on momentum.
