M1: More weakness ahead? Let's see what the system says.... price 2.03

Today we have seen another new Multi-year low for M1 with it hitting a low of 2.03.

We are back to the levels seen back in 2010…. It actually went to a high of almost $4.00 last year before the decline and we are now almost half way…

Which means a 50% decline from the high seen last year. I hope those who bought at the high last year have cut losses way before and not held on all the way in a downtrend, worst still averaging down…..

We had several sell calls along the way down to ride the weakness but more importantly, would like to share the most recent signals on the system since some have asked me if the system works for blue chips also.

The answer is a definite yes.

It doesn’t matter what stocks, as long as the specific criteria are met for the 2 core strategy, the 1GT and 1ET Strategy…

We got a 1ET Bearish Entry signal on 2 September 2016, Entry price 2.47, then an Exit then A SELL RE-ENTRY AGAIN in October 2016.

It is approaching the critical 2.00 psychological level now where we can see some short covering again which is normal….

But please be cautious if the 2.00 gives way firmly too…

I mean, we have had NO EXITS yet as of now so the weakness may continue, especially if it stays below 2.00…

Just sharing, try not to buy in a downtrend I guess, ride it down instead…
