NOL CHART - Psychological resistance at 1.20 cleared. currently at 1.20, hit a high of 1.215 in the morning. must stay and close above 1.20 today for more upside.

Was below the critical 1.20 level for almost 3 months. This was the support that broke down in May.  Target to 1.30 in the short term possible.
